1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong product (different from 
  what you ordered)
- The product is missing parts or accessories

Returns must be requested within 7 days of 
delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be 
accepted.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be in original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order number)
- Clear photos/video of the damaged or wrong 
  product must be shared

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Share your order number + photos/video 
        of the issue
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 
        24-48 hours
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange pickup or 
        ask you to ship the product back
Step 5: Refund or replacement will be processed 
        after we receive and inspect the product

4. REFUND OPTIONS

Once your return is approved, you can choose:

Option A — Full Refund
Amount will be refunded to your original payment 
method within 5-7 business days.

Option B — Store Credit
Get store credit for the full amount — valid for 
6 months on www.primenovaa.shop

Option C — Replacement
We will send a replacement product at no extra 
cost if the item is available in stock.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or opened
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during special sales or 
  promotions (unless damaged)
- Products where damage is caused by misuse 
  or negligence

6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

- If the product is damaged or wrong — we will 
  bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other approved reason 
  — customer bears the shipping cost

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of 
  placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be 
  cancelled
