6. FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery address
- Customer refusing to accept the order
In such cases:
- The order will be returned to us
- Re-delivery charges will apply
- COD orders returned without acceptance may
result in being blocked from future COD
